- The deal is secured with the vendor at a discount to get a quick sale. The discounts vary from a minimum of 15% and can be as much as 50%
- We offer the discounted property to our investors on a first come first serve basis.
- A finders fee is added to all deals that we offer.
- The investor reserves the deal with us by paying a nominal reservation fee.
- We organise the purchase of the property in conjunction with the vendor and the investor.
